Appropriations Request

One of the most important roles of Congress is to determine how your federal tax dollars are spent. Each year, Members submit requests to determine funding levels for various agencies and government programs.

If you or your organization would like to submit a request that would assist the constituents of Texas' Fourth District, please use the Google form below.

Rep. Fallon - FY 25 Appropriations Requests

Submission of this form does not guarantee that the funding or language requested will be included in the final legislation, nor does it create any obligation for the office of Congressman Pat Fallon to submit any request or ensure that any program, organization, or group will receive funding at a specific level, or any level at all.  Any evaluations of this submission will be carried out consistent with congressional and agency rules and regulations. This request may also be made publicly available.

Additionally, Rep. Fallon will not support any request which may be construed as an earmark. An earmark is defined as:

“A provision or report language included primarily at the request of a Member, Delegate, Resident Commissioner, or Senator providing, authorizing or recommend a specific amount of discretionary budget authority, credit authority, or other spending authority for a contract, loan, loan guarantee, grant, loan authority, or other expenditure with or to an entity, or targeted to a specific State, locality or Congressional district, other than through a statutory or administrative formula-driven or competitive award process.”
