WASHINGTON, D.C. -- Last month, Rep. Pat Fallon (TX-04) led a letter to Acting Comptroller Brown requesting that the Government Accountability Office conduct a comprehensive evaluation of four programs relating to the protection of bulk sensitive biological data from foreign adversaries. This request requires a preliminary report as well as a full evaluation upon completion of the evaluation. Rep. Fallon was joined on this letter by Rep. Josh Gottheimer (D-NJ).
